• Contact details: name, email, and phone when you submit a form, download a guide/checklist, book a consultation, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Details you share: your stage (buying/selling/moving), areas of interest, budget range, and notes you provide voluntarily.
• Usage data: pages viewed and interactions, collected with our first-party analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask that you not send data such as a Social Security number through site forms.

How we use your information

• Respond to your requests, contact you, and follow up about real estate.
• Send the resource you requested (guide or checklist) and, if you opt in, emails with tips and updates.
• Schedule and provide your consultation.
• Measure and improve our advertising and the website.

Communications and consent

By submitting your information, you agree we may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), email, and WhatsApp about real estate services. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out anytime: reply STOP or ALTO to text/WhatsApp messages, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. This is not a condition of buying or selling.

Cookies and measurement technologies

We use first-party analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel together with its Conversions API to understand traffic and measure ad effectiveness. You can control cookies in your browser and your ad preferences in Meta's settings.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us operate, and only for those purposes:

• Email (Resend) to send you guides and communications.
• Advertising and measurement (Meta/Facebook).
• Appointment scheduling (Calendly) and messaging (WhatsApp/Meta).
• When relevant to your transaction, professionals such as lenders or title — and only what's needed. We receive no compensation for referring you to a lender.
• Keller Williams (the brokerage) and authorities when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes described and to meet legal or accounting obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop communications, by emailing realtor@sullyruiz.com. We'll handle your request as required by applicable law.

Security and children

We take reasonable measures to protect your information; no system is 100% secure. This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Third-party links and changes

Our site may link to third-party sites with their own policies. We may update this policy; the current version will be posted here with its date.
