How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from Sully Ruiz, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to realtor@sullyruiz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your data
• Phone number (if applicable)
• Description of the data you want deleted

What Happens Next

Upon receiving your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity to protect your privacy
2. Locate all personal data associated with your request
3. Delete the data from our systems within 30 days
4. Send you confirmation once the deletion is complete

Data We May Have

The types of data we may have collected include:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number) and the record of your permission (date, notice version, IP address and, on the new-homes forms, your browser data)
• What you told us about your move: areas, budget, timeline and, if you are selling, the property address
• Your optional answers about finances: income, credit, whether your loan would use an SSN or an ITIN, and whether you are military or a veteran
• Our WhatsApp and email conversations, and the appointments you booked
• Which page, ad or link brought you to the site

What Deletion Reaches

• We delete your data and our conversations from our system: the site's database and the team's dashboard.
• Where the provider allows it, we ask it to delete what it holds: for example Resend (emails), Calendly (appointments), Telegram (team alerts) and Keller Williams (KW Command).
• What we already sent Meta to measure ads is hashed, and we cannot pull it back ourselves. You can manage your data at Meta with the links below.
• We keep what the law or the brokerage requires us to keep, such as transaction records. If you were on our email list, we unsubscribe you and keep only your email marked as unsubscribed, so we never write to you again.
• System backups may keep your data until those backups are deleted.
